What Qualifies as an Authorized U.S. Retailer
To be eligible for price matching, the competing retailer must be an authorized U.S. dealer for the specific helmet brand. This means they are officially approved by the manufacturer & United States Brand Ambassador to sell their products in the United States and provide valid manufacturer warranty support. Ultimately to be a Authorized U.S. Dealer they must also ship their products from the U.S.A. The product must be new, in stock, and publicly listed at the advertised price.
BraapKing reserves the right to verify dealer authorization status and product availability before approving a price match request. All price match requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and BraapKing ultimately retains the right to approve or deny any request at its discretion.
