Designed with race-inspired technology and cutting-edge carbon fiber construction, the X.Rally Zero Pro is equally capable on rugged trails and long-distance touring adventures.
 
Built around the advanced X-PRO Carbon shell, the helmet utilizes aerospace engineering and premium 3K carbon fiber to create a shell that is lighter, stronger, and more comfortable than traditional composite designs. Weighing approximately 3.0 lbs (+/- 0.1 lb), the X.Rally Zero Pro delivers outstanding protection while reducing rider fatigue during extended rides.
 
For superior visibility in changing conditions, the helmet includes both a Clear shield and a Photochromic shield that automatically adapts to varying light levels. A premium Pinlock 200 Anti-Fog lens is also included to maintain a clear field of vision in all weather conditions.
 
The advanced ventilation system features seven closable air intakes and four exhaust outlets that maximize airflow throughout the helmet. The patent-pending Mid Airflow Chamber further enhances cooling by creating a circulation channel between the inner and outer EPS liners, drawing in fresh air while efficiently expelling hot air through the rear exhaust vents.
 
The Visor Recoil System utilizes spring-loaded base side plates that automatically pull the visor tightly against the dual-lip rubber seal, ensuring an airtight fit and improved protection from wind and weather. An anti-vibration EPS system further increases comfort by reducing turbulence-induced vibrations.
 
Designed for modern adventure riders, the X.Rally Zero Pro is fully prepared for seamless integration with the NEXX X-COM 3 Bluetooth 5.2 Intercom System, including compatibility with the X-COM 3 PRO featuring Mesh 2.0 technology and premium sound by Harman Kardon.
 
Additional premium features include a removable side-mounted action camera support, the F.R.S. (Fast Release System) liner for easier cleaning and emergency helmet removal, a double-blade rear spoiler engineered to improve aerodynamic efficiency and stability, and an ultra-wide drop-down inner sun visor with an 80% tint for excellent protection against bright sunlight and glare.
