Constructed using the innovative X-MATRIX 2 shell technology, the helmet incorporates six layers of advanced materials, including multiaxial fiberglass, 3D organic fibers, special aramid fibers, and carbon reinforcement. This high-performance construction optimizes impact protection while maintaining a lightweight design of approximately 3.9 lbs (+/- 0.1 lb).
 
For maximum airflow and rider comfort, the XTR Quanta features six closable air intakes and two exhaust outlets, creating a highly efficient ventilation system. The patent-pending Mid Airflow Chamber enhances internal air circulation by directing fresh air between the inner and outer EPS liners while efficiently expelling warm air through the rear exhaust vents.
 
The helmet comes equipped with a Pinlock 120 anti-fog lens and an advanced Visor Recoil System that automatically pulls the visor tightly against the dual-lip rubber seal for improved weather protection and reduced wind noise. An ultra-wide drop-down inner sun visor with an 80% tint provides a significantly larger field of vision for enhanced visibility in bright conditions.
Built for modern riders, the XTR Quanta is fully prepared for seamless integration with the NEXX X-COM 3 Bluetooth 5.2 Intercom System, including compatibility with the X-COM 3 PRO featuring Mesh 2.0 technology and premium sound by Harman Kardon.
 
Additional rider-focused features include a removable side-mounted action camera support, the F.R.S. (Fast Release System) liner for easier helmet removal in emergency situations, an anti-vibration EPS system to reduce turbulence-induced vibrations, and a double-blade rear spoiler that improves aerodynamics and stability at high speeds.
